Okay!
I think i binged eat enough in the last couple of days. Now i gotta work it off, keep it off and look and feel great. So i can rock my bikini with pride. Well maybe not pride but just feel damn good about it.
Well my work out goal for this summer is, to go running more when the weather permits, wii fit (mostly for the Yoga and maybe some strengthening). intensitive work out/ turbo jam/ hip hop abs. Which ever one i feel like working out to. I have a friend whose offering to train me for running and probably motivate me. He made this goal for me - I should go running as if I'm training to do the Sun run 2011. It's way too far away and less motivating. So I'm trying to find another goal for myself.
I dont think I'm going to change anything about my diet, maybe eat more than two meals a day. I know its very bad but I'm going to try! I wished I can try the not eating after 7 PM diet, but my family eats dinner at 7pm so that is kind of unfeasible for me. I shall keep record of my progress on my blog here or maybe just write it down on post its and post them around my room hopefully it would motivate me a bit.
