Any ways, a little history about my self - I'm 20 years old and I weigh about 123, and I'm 5'4. I am not 100% sure if my weight is correct, my scale is currently broken so I got my weight and bmi from my wii fit.
My goal weight to have before August or my friend's 3rd annual beach day, is to be at 120 and hopefully a body like Jessica Biel.
Okay so today I did a bit of Yoga on the wii fit just to work on my balance. I noticed i have more balance on my right then my left; so i'm trying to even that out and hopefully it'll improve my posture. Later in the afternoon i finally got around to doing the insanity fit test, and here are the results:
Week 1 start:
Swift kick - 61
Power Jacks - 43
Power Knees -30
Power Jumps - 21
Globe jump -6
Suicide jump -5
Push up jack - 2
Low plank oblique -21
As you can see...I'm very out of shape. Now that I got nothing but time I'm going to try and improve it...by trying to get myself back into shape.
